Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Casa Murguia is an exclusive Oaxaca home featured in Melba Levick's “In a Mexican Garden: Courtyards, Pools and Open Air Living Rooms”.

Reservation Policy
The Bird of Paradise Suite: It includes a Master Bedroom with a queen-size bed, & two day beds in the living room.; Weekly: $ 700.00 USD; Monthly: $ 1800.00 USD
The Bougainvillea Suite: It's our Studio Apartment with one king-size or two individual day beds.; Weekly $ 600.00 USD; Monthly $ 1400.00 USD
Short-Term Rentals (one week to one month): Two night’s deposit is due to secure your reservation. Your deposit can be made by credit card over our secure phone line at 1-310-xxx-xxxx. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Long-Term Rentals (over one month): One week’s deposit is due to secure your reservation. Your deposit can be made by credit card over our secure phone line at 1-310-xxx-xxxx. Deposits are nonrefundable.
Remaining Balance: Remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival date. We will automatically charge your credit card or upon approval, the remaining balance can be paid by Pay Pal, wire transfer or bank-by-mail to our US back account. If you elect Pay-Pal, wire transfer or bank-by-mail as your payment methods, this information will be provided upon request.

Cancellation Policy: Minimum one week stay (6 nights/7 days).; A valid Visa, Master Card or American Express card is required to secure your reservation.; The reason for cancellation is solely an issue for the booking party. Casa Murguia cannot be held liable for any circumstances which do not allow for arrival and use of reserved accommodations.; If a no-show occurs your credit card will be charged the full amount of the reserved days.; Payment is for the original length of the reservation. If any reservation changes occur, i.e. arriving later or leaving earlier than booked there will be no refund or credit issued.; Final and full payment will be charged one month prior to arrival to the credit card originally provided.; All deposits are nonrefundable. If you cancel your reservation, you will receive no refund on previous deposits.; There is a $100 dollar penalty fee for all late payments that arrive beyond the scheduled payment dates.; Top
